Meet the Baker

I’m Aniika, the baker behind Aniika’s Bakery. My pastry roots go back to 2013, when I earned a French Cuisine diploma from the Arizona Culinary Institute—complete with baking, pastry, and advanced cake arts (think tiered wedding cakes and hours of hand cramping piping).

Then life zig-zagged. I went to college for IT, became an engineer, started a family, and kept baking (my favorite form of science). During my sophomore year of college, Aniika’s Bakery was born—small batches for friends, then friends-of-friends, and soon custom cookie sets that needed spreadsheets as much as sprinkles.

Now, 10 years later, I’m back and with a purpose.

Everything is baked to order with premium butter, high-quality chocolate, and real vanilla. You get reliable timelines, clear communication, and cookies that taste like home but look ready to party.
